well for the eye it looks like you only did 1 layer cause it isn't straight if you know what i mean...

look a bit sloppy..
black lines are good..

try making the ends like this .3.

Im not sure but if you dont then u should ^^
maybe for the head make a dot then when you are doing the lines draw on it .3.
